Deep Footprints with Rebekah Lord Gardiner

Ep1: Join us as we discuss plans for our upcoming collaboration

*Note: This first episode is being posted for free. All subsequent episodes will be paywalled.*

Welcome to the first episode of Deep Footprints where I’ll share conversations with creatives.

Deep Footprints (According to Clarissa Pinkola Estés) signify that, “some wild freedom within us was on the move.” (Mm, isn’t that delicious?)

This series is an opportunity to commune with other creative individuals (of all facets). More than interviews, I want organic conversations about the journey of living a creative life: Sharing thought process, why we’re artists, how we came to the mediums we use, struggles we’ve faced, etc.

Today I’m talking with mixed media artist, Rebekah Lord Gardiner. Rebekah and I met through 2022’s Sculpture at Maudslay. She found me on Instagram looking for metalwork to help bring her fiber art idea to life.

We’ve stayed in touch since then and have decided to collaborate on the Maudslay show this fall. Get a peek behind the curtain as we kick off plans for our upcoming collaboration.
